We ship via Express Post to deliver our items as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock, if this is the case, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will have the option of cancelling your order or waiting for the back ordered item to arrive.

We will normally wait to deliver your order when it is complete. If you wish to have your partial order delivered first, and the back ordered items when they arrive, we will be happy to do so however there will be an additional delivery charge for the second shipment.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because each item is made-to-order as per your specifications, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

At brideidea we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and when you receive your order if it is in any way damaged or defective please contact us immediately at returns@brideidea.com.au so we can resolve the problem.
